Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and building tools that facilitate high-frequency deployments in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the performance of build and deployment pipelines, targeting 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code
• Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools and familiarity with feature flagging platforms
