Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage the internal and external developer experience, focusing on CI/CD pipeline performance, AI-native testing strategies, and the development of the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments daily, diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code and ensures high-quality deployments
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers, including documentation and integration tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and practices, including knowledge of large language models
