Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the HR Solutions Engineering team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will develop features using Python and React, design scalable systems, and ensure code quality through reviews and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Author code for product features utilizing Python and React
• Design systems and decompose high-level goals into modular engineering tasks
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and scalability of both human and AI-generated code

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, data science, computer science, or information systems preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience developing SaaS applications
• Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Devin.ai, or Codex
• Proficient in Python, React, and AWS technologies
