Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage build and deployment pipelines, design AI-native testing strategies, and enhance both internal and external developer experiences in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of CI/CD pipelines with a target of 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy to accommodate AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, and Go
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and a solid understanding of large language models
