Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time Senior Software Engineer on the Provider Integrations team, the successful candidate will build and scale systems connecting Savvy to over 150 insurance carrier and partner APIs, leading complex projects and mentoring teammates in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the team in delivering high-quality, well-tested technical solutions with project oversight
- Own projects throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning to maintenance
- Provide constructive feedback through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience in a production environment
- 2+ years in a senior engineer role
- Production experience with Node.js and Typescript
- Expertise in backend systems and designing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly the Google Cloud stack
