Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building full-stack applications to enhance compliance processes, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop user-facing features using Golang and React, lead vendor integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end user-facing features that improve compliance agent productivity and KYC accuracy
• Assess, select, and implement third-party tools and integrations into the compliance platform
• Collaborate with product, design, security, and engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Golang and React, focusing on large-scale systems
• Experience with third-party vendor integrations, including assessment and operational management
• Hands-on experience with high-traffic platforms, including rate limiters and distributed debugging
• Proficiency in event-driven architectures and service communication patterns
• Ability to work across distributed teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
