Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing business, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will create next-generation software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion modern software delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and digital strategists to design and develop application code
• Contribute to the architectural design and direction of the technical infrastructure while overseeing integrations with internal systems and third-party services
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to performance, security, and accessibility best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields
• 8+ years of professional experience in application development
• Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms and SOLID design principles
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and complex SQL development
• Desire to innovate and proficiency in multiple programming languages
