Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the design and operation of critical compute orchestration infrastructure, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build and enhance Kubernetes cluster management tooling and automation while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Kubernetes cluster management tooling that ensures reliability and scalability
• Develop developer-facing workflows that enhance interaction with Kubernetes, focusing on AI-driven processes
• Automate operational tasks to improve platform observability and reduce on-call burdens

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP infrastructure services in a production environment
• Proven ability to design and operate distributed infrastructure systems and diagnose complex failures
• Experience with the CNCF ecosystem and applying its tools to solve infrastructure challenges
• Ability to leverage AI tooling to enhance infrastructure workflows and operational efficiency
