Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Brink Point-of-Sale software development team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and implement maintainable solutions, lead projects, and mentor team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions based on requirements with a focus on maintainability and testing
• Act as a lead for projects, perform peer design and code reviews, and mentor less experienced team members
• Identify and propose optimizations for architecture and design, as well as potential feature enhancements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience using C# .Net and building/supporting highly available web applications
• Extensive experience with multiple database systems and cloud computing platforms
• Proven ability to analyze and debug new and existing codebases
• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants to enhance development workflows
• Strong passion for building next-generation technologies in a fast-paced environment
