Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer, preferably hybrid/in-office in San Mateo, California, who will own feature delivery from scoping to release, ensure code quality and standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the student experience at Stellic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead impactful projects by managing feature delivery end-to-end
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, security, and accessibility
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure solutions address the right problems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong fundamentals in front-end and/or back-end development
• Experience shipping production software in a collaborative environment
• Proficiency in testing and CI/CD practices
• A proven track record of taking projects from concept to completion
