Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain applications across the full stack, focusing on compliance management platforms and data services while delivering well-engineered solutions on an Agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop features for the compliance management platform, ensuring timely delivery of maintainable and tested solutions
• Lead architectural discussions and design modular components that scale, while advocating for security and operational excellence
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing, contributing to team delivery quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years with dynamic and/or compiled languages and front-end web development
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, MVC, and relational databases, with familiarity in SQL Server preferred
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS or Microsoft Azure
