Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Senior/Principal Software Engineer will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance in modernizing legacy applications while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and design discussions, providing hands-on guidance across .NET and SQL environments
• Unblock teams by diagnosing issues across the application stack and translating complex requirements into technical plans
• Contribute high-quality code and enhance applications using various technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building enterprise .NET applications in C# (.NET Framework + .NET Core)
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases and familiarity with Azure cloud services
• Background in healthcare, workers' compensation, or regulated industries
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including performance tuning and automated testing frameworks
• Experience with DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps pipelines and scripting with PowerShell or Bash
