Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will design and build an internal AI Enablement Platform, collaborating directly with the CEO to enhance productivity through innovative software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal AI enablement tools and services
• Implement Microsoft identity and authentication systems, addressing complex challenges within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate platform vision into engineering priorities and support the adoption of AI-powered workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft IT stack, including Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Strong coding skills with experience in building services, integrations, and internal platforms
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude-based workflows
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions and iterate from prototype to production
