Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the AI-Driven Talent Domain, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop tools for recruitment, performance, engagement, and training, working in a multicultural and English-speaking environment with flexible remote or onsite options in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of major initiatives and collaborate with team members to establish goals and plan quarterly roadmaps
• Participate in customer calls to understand their needs and influence requirements definition for polished solutions
• Mentor junior team members while reviewing code daily and providing feedback on pull requests

Required qualifications

• Experience in software development, preferably with Ruby on Rails and React/React Native
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric products
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior engineers
• Fluency in English for effective communication within a diverse team
