Job Summary

Delivering impactful solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and build scalable backend systems for pharmacy operations, manufacturing, and logistics in a remote environment while contributing to technical direction and system architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend systems, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and governance in a regulated environment
• Build high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems while optimizing performance and reliability through AI-assisted tools
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and shared platform capabilities to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems and distributed architecture
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, with experience in frontend technologies like React and TypeScript
• Experience in regulated industries requiring compliance-aware system design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
