Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of complex features and services, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to mentor junior engineers, provide architectural input, and drive cross-team initiatives while solving complex technical challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, reusable technical solutions across multiple applications
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on design, implementation, and career growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project scope, feasibility, and delivery timelines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6-10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven expertise in at least two major areas of the tech stack, such as full-stack JS/.NET or cloud infrastructure
• Experience mentoring developers and guiding technical discussions
• Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps practices
