Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To lead technical development for the Growth team within the Pharmacy Platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will architect scalable backend systems and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance client onboarding and integrate patient, prescriber, and pharmacy networks remotely from Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate client onboarding by creating a repeatable, configurable technical playbook for launching new clients and programs
• Design and manage complex, rule-based workflows to support pharmacy operations and patient engagement while minimizing processing errors
• Drive AI automation to enhance the quality, reliability, and velocity of platform releases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with large distributed systems, preferably in the health-tech domain
• Strong proficiency in Golang or a similar modern backend language
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relational/NoSQL databases
• Deep knowledge of workflow engines or applications with high levels of configurations across enterprise clients
