Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive AI Transformation initiatives, the remote Senior Software Engineer will build AI-powered tools for engineering workflows, implement inference pathways, and collaborate across teams to enhance software development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools into engineers' day-to-day workflows
• Implement and evolve inference and tool-calling pathways using modern AI models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-augmented software development lifecycle patterns

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer focused on infrastructure or development tools
• Strong experience in building backend services and integrations (e.g., REST/GraphQL APIs)
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM platforms or orchestration layers (e.g., AWS Bedrock)
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, TypeScript)
• Experience integrating internal services or third-party APIs into internal tools or workflows
