Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the evolution of a modern omni-channel platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead quality improvements, migrate legacy systems, and enhance data traceability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead platform quality improvements to enable faster and safer integration delivery
• Migrate existing integrations to a standardized model while ensuring backwards compatibility
• Enhance data visibility and traceability for integration health and performance monitoring

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in building and operating backend/distributed systems with a focus on reliability and operational quality
• Proven track record of safely migrating legacy systems to new platforms through incremental approaches
• Strong debugging skills across service boundaries and experience with third-party API integrations at scale
• Proficiency in a modern backend language, preferably Java or Kotlin
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead initiatives through influence
