Job Summary

Collaborating with a dynamic product team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain applications, write clean code, and drive the technical vision for scalable systems while mentoring teammates and ensuring application performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team members to develop and maintain applications and features
• Write clean, maintainable code and drive technical vision for key product areas
• Champion engineering best practices through code reviews and proactive issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails and proficiency with front-end technologies like JavaScript and React
• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience maintaining applications in a cloud environment
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
