Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will direct an AI-native software development lifecycle, overseeing agent-generated code, ensuring quality through rigorous reviews, and maintaining compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the agent array on production workstreams by decomposing problems and integrating outputs into shipped software
• Review agent-generated pull requests to identify defects and maintain a high standard of quality
• Author evaluation suites to establish measurable quality criteria for the software delivery pipeline

Required qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals, including data structures, systems design, and testing
• A proven track record of shipping production software with ownership of quality outcomes
• Hands-on experience directing coding agents and critically reviewing agent-generated code
• Demonstrated competence in code review, identifying defects that automated tests may miss
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively escalate issues
