Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will develop applications in an agile environment, contribute to team dynamics with product and design, and lead technical decisions to maintain stable and performant application stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in an agile environment, utilizing TDD and flexible pair programming
• Direct key technical decisions related to application and data model design
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure timely resolution of critical system issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment with Ruby on Rails or other open source languages (e.g., Python, Golang, JavaScript)
• Must reside in the U.S
