Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a frontend-focused Senior Software Engineer, the full-time remote position will design and deliver user-facing experiences for AI products, primarily using React and TypeScript, while also engaging with backend services in Go as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and own polished, accessible, and performant user-facing features in React and TypeScript
• Set technical direction and quality standards for frontend development while mentoring other engineers
• Utilize AI and agentic development tools to enhance efficiency and establish best practices within the team

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in software engineering with a focus on frontend development
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on UX, performance, and accessibility
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools to improve development efficiency
• Leadership experience in setting technical standards and mentoring engineers
• Working proficiency in Go or the ability to quickly become productive in it
