Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Innovative and highly motivated, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end portal solutions in Ruby on Rails, focusing on endpoint health, troubleshooting, and remediation workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement portal solutions that enhance endpoint health and troubleshooting capabilities
• Collaborate with agent engineers to translate backend health signals into effective customer-facing experiences
• Contribute to technical design discussions and ensure high-quality, maintainable software delivery

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in developing complex software products or platform capabilities
• 5+ years of experience building production software in Ruby on Rails
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres and ORMs like ActiveRecord
• Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems
• Experience working across team boundaries to connect backend systems with customer-facing products
