Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on enhancing the customer experience, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to improve the onboarding process for new users of the platform, utilizing technologies such as Python, GraphQL, and Terraform on Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Revamp the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and well-tested product features
• Contribute to technical documentation and drive projects to completion independently

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in software development
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and authentication systems like Auth0
