Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer with an SRE background, this full-time hybrid position will enhance cloud observability products, ensuring best practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP while leveraging AI capabilities for advanced features.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance cloud observability products and create tailored solutions for monitoring and diagnosing systems
• Ensure best practices for cloud telemetry data ingestion across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of the observability platform

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in software engineering with JavaScript/TypeScript and backend languages like Python or Java
• Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana
• Experience collaborating with development teams to improve application delivery and automate pipelines
