Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Emerging Channels Portfolio, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance digital commerce and marketing technology platforms, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model from Freeport, ME, or remotely from various states.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support application enhancements and integrations
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution efforts with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, or enterprise application development
• Experience supporting customer-facing applications and integrated enterprise systems
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
