Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer IV, this full-time remote position will architect and deliver complex distributed systems while driving the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and improving engineering productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable and secure distributed systems, including APIs and microservices
• Drive the implementation of AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring code quality and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and mentor engineers on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in system design
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex distributed systems in Microsoft Azure environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or GitHub Copilot
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript
