Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To take full-stack technical ownership of a defined product surface within a cloud-based platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will partner with a Product Owner and another engineer to deliver high-quality software using AI-augmented workflows while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring operational health.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture, quality, and operational health of a defined product surface
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify project feasibility and deliver timelines while advocating for necessary specification refinements
• Mentor and develop the paired engineer through code reviews, technical guidance, and strong engineering practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack product features
• Strong production experience with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and modern HTML/CSS
• Production experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows used in professional settings
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
