Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer specializing in Kubernetes, this remote position will involve developing and maintaining Kubernetes Operators for the Camunda 8 SaaS offering, ensuring platform reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on feature development.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes Operators to enhance the Camunda SaaS platform
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and field teams to define and iterate on features for multi-cloud deployments
• Proactively improve existing codebases for security, stability, and reliability while participating in on-call support

Required qualifications:

• Experience using Go or another relevant language for cloud-native software development
• Practical experience with at least one major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and a deep understanding of its core concepts
• A pragmatic and autonomous approach to programming and problem-solving
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team and share knowledge
