Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Software Engineer will design and troubleshoot event-driven architectures, integrate APIs, and manage AWS services including Lambda and Step Functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda and Step Functions
• Integrate and troubleshoot APIs, including RESTful services and error handling
• Manage data analytics services such as S3, Glue, and Redshift within AWS

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions
• Experience with Python programming language
• Knowledge of Confluent Kafka for data streaming
• Familiarity with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
• Experience with enterprise-scale integrations and production support
