Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and deliver scalable applications and data layers, leveraging advanced coding tools and ensuring high-quality code in a remote or New York-based environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Orchestrate high-velocity workflows using advanced agentic coding tools for feature prototyping and code generation
• Own the quality and security of code by defining specifications and reviewing AI-accelerated outputs for risks and architectural alignment
• Build and maintain data pipelines and applications to support user needs while collaborating with product, client services, and data science teams

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with expertise in Python and SQL development
• Proven fluency in using agentic coding tools like Cursor AI and/or Claude
• Experience designing and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios
• Strong ability to write technical design documents and perform code reviews
• Demonstrated capability to bridge technical solutions to business problems through data-driven insights
