Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote position in the eastern and central US, who will define, analyze, and resolve customer escalations while utilizing AI tools for complex issue resolution and delivering production code fixes end-to-end.

Key responsibilities:

• Define, analyze, and resolve customer escalations in a timely manner using AI tools for log analysis and defect diagnosis
• Document complex issue resolutions and provide periodic updates to customers and management
• Assist team members with complex issues and contribute to maintaining knowledge base content and product documentation

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java and experience with frameworks such as J2EE, Servlets, and HTML
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Maven, Docker, and Jenkins
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools for debugging and code remediation
