Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To design and implement automation solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (Automation) will work remotely, leveraging UiPath development tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring high coding standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team skills and coding standards
• Design, develop, and deliver training sessions and prototypes based on business requirements
• Participate in agile project delivery, ensuring solutions align with architectural specifications and business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 7+ years in software implementations, preferably in financial services
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience within a Microsoft environment
• 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using object-oriented or procedural programming languages
• Experience with REST API creation/consumption and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) tools
