Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and test software for multiple high-traffic websites, contributing to full-stack development and CI/CD workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy features for modern web applications while contributing to full-stack development projects
• Own features or systems, defining their long-term health and improving the health of surrounding systems
• Assist support and operations teams in triaging and resolving production issues

Required qualifications

• More than three years of experience in a software development position
• Experience managing direct reports or strong interpersonal skills
• Proven mentoring or coaching experience
• High emotional intelligence and experience resolving interpersonal conflict
• A history of successfully completing complex projects
