Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate team player, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and enhance the software platform in a fully remote environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert, making design decisions and owning features from requirements to production delivery
• Debug complex issues, design for observability, and proactively address codebase or process issues
• Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and contribute to the technical direction and quality advocacy within the team

Required qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with increasing ownership of complex work
• Proficiency with .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web APIs, and Microservices
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and building database applications with PostgreSQL or SQL Server
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies
