Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Software Development Engineer on the Developer Agent team, the successful candidate will design and build core platform capabilities, contribute to architecture and API/SDK design, and collaborate across teams to enhance developer experiences with AI-powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level requirements into executable engineering tasks
• Uphold API governance and engineering best practices, ensuring security and compatibility standards
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback, raising the technical standards of the team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex production systems
• 8+ years of experience in JVM-based backend development (Java or Kotlin) and proficiency in Spring Boot
• 8+ years of proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including experience with React
• 5+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs and managing complex third-party API integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
