Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Payment BU Workflow Intelligence & Orchestration Initiative, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI) will build intelligent backend services and workflow-integrated solutions using Java, collaborating with technical teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot, microservices)
• Integrate services with workflow engines and platforms for automation and decision support
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for code generation, testing, and development acceleration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years of backend/enterprise software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms and integrating AI-driven capabilities
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS)
