Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the advancement of AI-native development, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and developer tooling remotely, ensuring efficient engineering practices across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve shared CI/CD infrastructure, resolving systemic reliability issues and partnering with teams for seamless migrations
• Build and maintain shared AI tooling and sandbox infrastructure, focusing on agent orchestration, observability, and security guardrails
• Drive adoption of AI tooling through documentation, onboarding programs, and direct engagement with engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with independent feature delivery in production
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems at scale, preferably GitLab CI or Jenkins
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript with production experience
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm on AWS or Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
