Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to join the methodology team, this role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems that handle high-volume data processing and performance-sensitive workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, scale, and maintain backend systems for processing large volumes of data
• Work on event-driven and API-based integrations while contributing to migration efforts toward a domain-based architecture
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to investigate technical problems and propose solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong technical depth
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with various programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Go
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with heavy data processing tools like Spark and Kafka
• Background in building or maintaining complex, high-volume systems, including REST APIs and event-driven integrations
