Job Summary

Driving high-impact lifecycle initiatives, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will own the end-to-end development of messaging and data pipelines for guest engagement while ensuring deliverability and compliance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own high-impact lifecycle initiatives spanning guest journeys like activation, reactivation, and loyalty
• Build reliable messaging and data pipelines for campaign execution across email, SMS, and push notifications
• Establish an experimentation and measurement loop for lifecycle metrics that product and marketing can trust

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to drive multi-quarter, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-assisted features or platform capabilities
• Strong end-to-end ownership of projects from design to production support
• Product-oriented engineering judgment with a focus on balancing speed and quality
• Comfort with defining success metrics and running controlled experiments
