Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely within the U.S., the full-time Senior Software Engineer will leverage AI tools for design and implementation, architect robust backend services using Python and Java, and lead cross-functional collaboration to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of design documentation and architectural diagrams for system structure and data flow
• Architect and maintain backend services with a focus on security, performance, and observability
• Drive innovation on emerging Gen AI technologies and lead incident response and production support efforts

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software experience, with 3+ years in Gen AI engineering
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with Python or Java and RESTful APIs
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD using GitHub Actions
• 4+ years of experience in an operations/production support role
• Experience with tools such as Service Now, Splunk, or Datadog
