Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on rapidly building lightweight internal tools, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy software across the full stack in a remote environment, emphasizing speed and iteration to deliver immediate value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build small, high-impact full-stack tools from concept to deployment
• Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and iteration
• Rapidly prototype and validate solutions with internal stakeholders while integrating with third-party tools and APIs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools beyond basic code generation
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC and experience with AI coding tools
• Comfortable stepping into an architectural role when needed
