Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Software Engineer will design and build full-stack applications, manage the full software development lifecycle, and contribute to architecture within small, autonomous engineering pods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications from concept to production
• Own the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration
• Contribute to architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions while using AI tools to accelerate development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack capability (frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure)
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep experience with AI coding harnesses and AI-assisted development tools
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
