Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of automation development, the full-time Senior Software Engineer - Automation will design, build, and maintain internal automation systems supporting pharmacy operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and deploys production automations that integrate with internal APIs and third-party operational systems
• Maintains step-level logging, alerting, and observability to surface automation failures in real time
• Partners with operations stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical specifications and validates automation outputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; OR equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in building and operating automation systems in production
• Experience with both API integration work and browser-based UI automation
• Strong programming skills in Ruby and/or Python
• Knowledge of modern web application architecture and production observability concepts
