Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer II will lead the design and delivery of complex features for Forma's member and admin experience, building full features across the stack and contributing to various web applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex features from scoping to rollout
• Build backend APIs and frontend interfaces that enhance user experiences
• Mentor and support other engineers through code review and knowledge sharing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with React
• Solid experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing service dependencies
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices
