Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the software development lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will build full-stack components, strengthen platform services, and improve production observability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Ruby web applications and TypeScript/React front-end components at scale
• Develop workflows that enhance the SDLC for engineers, focusing on accuracy, latency, and cost improvements
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure effective monitoring of application performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack web application experience in Python, Ruby, Go, or other modern languages, with a willingness to learn Ruby
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or incubator environment, owning features end-to-end
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools and prompt engineering
• Must reside in the U.S
