Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build an autonomous web application penetration tester, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and evolve the agent harness and orchestration, manage LLM inference in production, and translate offensive expertise into repeatable agent capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve the agent harness and orchestration for a reliable autonomous pentester
• Design tools and feedback mechanisms for probing and exploiting applications, ensuring reliability
• Own and grow evaluation infrastructure to benchmark and detect regressions in the agent's performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production software, with strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, including tool use and multi-step orchestration
• Track record of making LLMs reliable in production environments
• Experience with evaluation systems to measure improvements in model or agent performance
• Strong instincts for prompt and context engineering
