Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the development of innovative voice applications, the full-time Senior Software Engineer on the Voice AI Team will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services while leading complex projects and shaping the technical direction of the platform in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain resilient backend services for the Voice AI platform
• Lead cross-functional projects from design through production, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Implement observability and monitoring frameworks for AI-powered systems, using data for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or Kotlin
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience shipping complex, mission-critical production services
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and production reliability
• Experience developing AI-integrated products or features
