Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex software systems while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and delivery of software systems, defining standards and best practices for the engineering team
• Conduct code reviews and establish testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability across projects
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define system requirements and champion secure software development practices

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical degree
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and Python, with experience in Azure Cloud Services
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and cloud-native design patterns
